When sending any document, you must ensure that it is legible and that all four edges of the document are visible.
1. A valid identity document (your choice):
- A national identity card (front and back)
- A driver's license (front and back)
- A passport (including the signature page)
- A residence permit (valid for more than 10 years)
2. Proof of address less than 3 months old, stating your name, address, and the date (your choice):
- An electricity, telephone, internet, or gas bill/contract holder certificate
- A home insurance certificate
- A tax notice for the current year (if received within the last three months)
- A bank statement (excluding online banking)
💡 If you are living with someone else, you will need to send us both sides of your host's identity document and a handwritten letter confirming that you are living with them. (signed, dated, stating the date of birth of the host and the host, and to the registered postal address.)
3. Bank Identity Statement (RIB)
Document required to pay for a player's withdrawal to their bank account.
We need to see certain information on the document for validation.
Must be visible on the document:
- Full name, last name
- Logo and/or name of the bank
- IBAN: International Bank Account Number
- BIC: Bank Identification Number
4. Bank Card (if used to make a deposit)
To validate a withdrawal, we need to verify the various payment methods used.
- A copy of both sides of the bank cards used on the site, showing only the first 6 digits and the last 4 (for security purposes). You must also ensure that your card is signed and the CVV is masked on the back.
💡 We remind you that the use of a bank card belonging to a third party and/or linked to a business account is strictly prohibited at our casino.
If you do not have a copy of your bank card in your possession, whether it is a virtual or non-personally identifiable card, you can request proof of ownership from your bank.
