Changing your mailing address is a very quick and easy process. Follow these steps to modify it:
1) Bring proof of address.
- This document must be less than 3 months old.
- This document must be in your name.
- If not, please provide us with both sides of your host's ID document, as well as a handwritten letter confirming that you are living with this person.(signed, dated, mentioning the date of birth of the host as well as the lodger and at the postal address entered).
- Accepted documents are:
1) An electricity, telephone, internet, or gas bill/contract holder certificate
2) A home insurance certificate
3) A tax notice for the current year (if received within the last three months)
4) A bank statement (excluding online banking)
