If your documents are rejected, it means that the requirements were not respected or that the wrong document was sent to us.
🚨 When we verify your documents, we'll send you an email with all the details related to this verification. Please refer to this email for more information about the rejection of your documents.
1) Check your documents
- Make sure all four corners of the documents are visible.
- Your documents must be in color.
- We do not accept duplicates.
- Make sure the documents are legible and of good quality.
- Check that the document you wish to upload is the one requested.
- All documents must be valid.
- Make sure your first and last name appear on each document.
- Check that the documents sent are accepted (you will find details by document in our "Sending my documents" article).
2) Send your documents
- Upload your documents from the "My Account" icon.
- Once analyzed, an email will be sent to you to track the progress of your player account verification!
