1) Your player account is not verified yet
- Be aware that withdrawals are validated in 48 hours on average, once your player account is verified
- Please check that all your documents are downloaded and validated

2) Your withdrawal limit is reached
- You have the possibility to withdraw 2500 EUR over a period of seven sliding days
- If, for example, you make four withdrawals of 2000 euros at the same time, only one will be validated in 48 hours on average
The second 7 days later and so on.
