1) A failed attempt

2) Several failed attempts
For security reasons specific to VISA the following rules are applied:
- 3 failed attempts to deposit with a Visa card within 24 hours block the card for purchases on our site for 24 hours.
- 9 failed attempts on 7 slippery days block the VISA card on our site for 7 days
- 15 failed attempt over 30 slippery days block the VISA card on our site for 30
3) Alternatives
In such a situation, you can wait until your card is blocked or use another deposit method such as:
- Instant credit transfers via Instant Banking
- A MasterCard bank card
- Using a virtual card. Some banks offer virtual cards (MasterCard) that will be accepted on our site.
- Use of CASHLIB vouchers that you can get at tobacco shops or on website such as Dundle.
